  • Medicare (healthcare plans through your Dr – you are usually allocated 5 a year for chronic conditions and 10 for mental health plans)

  • DVA

  • Workcover

  • TAC

With the exception of plan-managed NDIS participants, accounts must be paid in full on the day of the appointment and our friendly reception team will prepare the necessary information for you to claim your entitlements.

NDIS: Self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Cancellation Policy:  To avoid the consult fee, notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule so we can arrange to care for another client during that time. If the required notice is not given and you can’t make your appointment but we are successfully able to fill that place, no fee will be charged.
